Cancellation / return & withdrawal policy

The condition of the products is checked before sending each order. If, however, a problem is found, the consumer in accordance with the provisions of article 4 par.10 of L.2251 / 1994 and in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2011/83 / EU, which was incorporated into Greek law by Joint Ministerial Decision G1 -891 (Government Gazette BD 2144 / 30.08.2013), which entered into force on 13.06.2014, may unjustifiably withdraw from the contract of sale of the product within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, returning the goods in its original condition, without be charged with any expenses other than reimbursement costs. In case the product proves to be defective due to construction, then the consumer can request repair of the product or replacement of the product or reduction of the price or cancellation of the contract and full refund of the amount paid. Also, in case the customer sends a defective product to the store, then he pays the shipping costs himself (it must be stated in the Terms of Use that the costs are borne by the consumer). In case of return of defective items you are not charged with the return costs. On the contrary, in the case of return of items for personal reasons, the return costs are borne by the customer.
